Super close to Europcar, central station, and historical center. Friendly staff. Clean bathroom and bedroom. Easy location to find. Very spacious room with lots of storage. Bathrobe provided. Good wifi.
Felt very welcomed, no complaints whatsoever.

We were pleasantly surprised by the friendly and helpful staff at Promised Land Napoli. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a smooth arrival and provided us with detailed directions. The location of the hotel was convenient, as it was close to both the train and metro stations, making it easy for us to explore Naples and visit Pompeii. Despite some noise at night, we found the hotel overall to be clean and comfortable. The included breakfast, although served a little late, was sufficient and gave us a good start to the day. We also appreciated the affordability of the hotel. we had a positive experience at Promised Land Napoli and would consider staying here again if we were to visit Naples.

The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a great shower. The apartment had all the amenities needed, including a kitchen and a washer. The air conditioner worked well, which was a relief in the hot weather. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station and public transport, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. the host was very welcoming and helpful, providing us with useful information and recommendations. we had a pleasant stay and would consider returning.
Although the neighborhood was convenient, it did have some downsides. Being close to the train station meant there were a lot of homeless people and immigrants in the area, which could be off-putting for some.

Conveniently located near public transport and train station. Spacious, clean room with AC and private bathroom. Friendly and helpful host. Reasonably priced airport pick-up service available. Enjoyed the tasty continental breakfast.
